Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Every item is made just for you, with your names, photos, and details, so we can't accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or personalization typos entered at checkout. Please double-check your spelling and details before you order!

💛 IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR WRONG
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery at sevaprity@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item, the issue, and the packaging and shipping label

We review every request. Once approved, we'll send a replacement. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll issue a refund. We may ask you to return the item before a replacement is sent. Requests without photos or after 7 days can't be accepted.

📦 DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Because digital products are delivered instantly, they're not refundable once your link has been sent. Having trouble with your link or tool? Email us and we'll help you get it working.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders go into production quickly, so changes or cancellations can't be guaranteed. Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
