Refund policy

We offer refunds with return if an item came damaged at the time of arrival to you, item is incomplete, or wrong item is sent. The buyer must initiate a refund and return request by contacting Sevaprity through email within 24 hours of delivery. Issues raised through other forms or after 24 hours may not be considered for returns. Also, due to the nature of personalization, we cannot offer refunds for personalized/customized items. Please contact us at Sevaprity@gmail.com for any of these issues so we can take care of you within 30 days.
